Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack with Care

Place the electronic items in their original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
