How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?

We use specialized, reinforced cardboard mailers with internal padding to prevent corner dings and warping. All high-end turntables are double-boxed for maximum security.

What is your return policy for electronic equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please note that opened stylus needles are non-returnable due to their delicate nature.

Do you offer international shipping for audio gear?

Yes, we ship our records and electronics worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.

Are the turntables covered by a warranty?

All new turntables and speakers come with a full manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years. Bondi Records also provides additional technical support for setup issues.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For larger equipment purchases, we also offer interest-free installment plans through Afterpay and Klarna.

How can I track my order?
